"Keeping Families Together and Safe Legislative Rally II"
On Wednesday March 18, 2009 supporters are again invited to visit the capital with the Families Together Coalition to increase awareness at the Texas Legislature.
Please come and spend as much time as possible. We will be visiting legislator's offices and educating them on issues important to family rights. We want our legislators to vote for strengthening human rights in family and child matters. The legislators are bombarded by the special interest groups whose concern is making money, ignoring the cost to human rights. We will let them know this is not acceptable. When: March 18, 2009 - Beginning at 10:00 a.m.
Where: Texas State Capitol - Austin Texas - East Entrance
Why: Educate legislators about the impact which legislation currently under consideration will have on the families of Texas
