"We were at the same building that has my passport and will not release it to me until I pay a debt that I do not owe and have an attorney working on it. That is why I say the illegals have more rights than I do. Before there was homeland security I could come and go to the Dominican Republic without a passport and keep a watch over my real estate business there. Now I cannot go there because Homeland security changed the law. I need to have my passport, but they want me to pay $50,000 (state of texas) on a debt that, like I said, I donot owe. The state of TEXAS is miss using Federal Law to hold my passport. I could pay the money, but that's my point, I would rather pay an attorney than to pay something that I do not owe. I have judgements of more than 6 million dollars that I can't get enforced, and the people I am supposeabley owe over $50,000 actually owe me in a judgement over $100,000 that is how stupid all of this is. john wieder for congress tx22"

Sorry for the delayed reply, been busy. I think that domestic issues that are handled by the states should remain with the states. Marriage, divorce and child support is handled on the state level. I see no reason why a tax deduction should be made on the federal level for state handled issues.
