I'm just wondering how everybody feels about abortion. Me, I think abortion is wrong. I read an article about ?What i saw at the abortion? and it was just terrible. I'm not going to stone somebody for getting an abortion because I realize that it's a hard decision to make. I just don't think it?s the right decision to make.

I believe that abortion is morally wrong from a scientific and religious standpoint.

Scientifically, all medical textbooks state that life begins at conception. From the moment that egg and sperm unite to form a unique genetic combination, a new life has begun. That said, any tampering with the embryo, especially abortion, should be considered unethical. Moreover, terminating an embryo without the embryo's consent is technically murder.

From a religious perspective, many faiths teach that life is given by a higher power. Therefore, it should not be within man's purview to abort unborn persons.

An excellent book on the topic is Pro-Life Answers to Pro-Choice Arguments by Randy Alcorn. It's well presented without the usual rancor.

From a legal perspective it IS NOT a human life until birth! That's why its legal, thankfully!! I am so glad we had smart judges in the Supreme Court at the time who didn't get blinded by their beliefs but applied the law as it should have been. Abortion will always be legal because it's a LEGAL issue not moral, ethical or religious, those are reserved for each particular person to use as their OWN compass in making decisions. Please I don't need your compass in order to make a decision I can make up my own mind. Most people know what is right for them you pro-lifers do not have the right to infringe on the free will of others. That book you suggested sounds utterly hilarious, see how you people need to be "told" why abortion is wrong in your eyes. Yes please read it so you can run around regurgitating it to every poor slob who must listen to it, who knows you may recruit more for your judgmental abortion hating army. Why don't you guys pool your money together and build a home to house all of these unwanted babies? NO of course not the State has to deal with them or maybe they can go stay with some abusive foster parents don't that sound like a wonderful life. When God created life in his infinite wisdom he gave his creation
a pair of Hands.

Each finger on each Hand will leave a mark upon an object that

scarred and rough to the touch.

Each type of profession will often be reflected in the size, shape
and appearance of a person?s Hands.

Hands are pressed together when showing reverence to God as
we are saying our prayers.

Hands are skillfully used by a surgeon when he is involved in
performing a delicate life saving operation.

Hands are used by a mother comforting her newborn as she holds

Hands can generally be used in two distinctive ways, one for the
good of mankind while the other as an instrument of evil.

Why all this fuss and attention over the fact that God gave the gift
of Hands to his creation, man?

Because, those who profess belief in God and the sanctity of life, must
be cautioned how they use their Hands to show their support.

On Judgement Day you will find yourself standing with your Hands at
your sides before the Lord Jesus in judgement!

He will not ask how you used your Hands in the voting booth and if
you voted for either Pro Life or Pro Choice candidates.

The Lord Jesus will find the answer to that by simply asking you to
show him your Hands!

If you voted to support those candidates keeping the Abortion Mills
open, Jesus will see the BLOOD ON YOUR HANDS!

I am not trying to save you or anyone else and there is no doubt that you do not believe in god, as you present your platform on the issue. Sir you completely miss my point again & again. I do not wish to rid the world of religion just the opposite. My whole point is that people should live and let live. You have strong beliefs and that is great for you but it's not what I believe. However I do not push my beliefs and opinions on people. I am pro-choice yes but I do not try and convert people to my belief as you people do nor do I try to get laws changed in order for people to be forced to live by my moral code as you people do. I could care less what people believe and how they live their life as long as it doesn't directly affect me. Some stranger getting an abortion does not affect me in the least and they have a consititutional right to free choice. So my question is this! You have your beliefs which dictates how you live your life and a part of that is your stance on abortion. You disagree with it because of your belief and thats fine and dandy. But WHY should the rest of the FREE world have live by your moral code? Because you believe abortion is wrong in your eyes doesn't mean it is! And to answer your question the fact that our first laws were based on religion makes me sick and I am glad that our forefathers realized that there needed to be a separation of the two. In my opinion the country being run by BELIEVERS who cannot separate the two would be hell on earth. Laws are in place to make sure that the people have the right to freedom of choice and that our person, property and liberty are protected. Your beliefs should come into play when making choices for YOURSELF not other people. Hopefully now you can understand my position, ONCE again so we are clear I do not wish to eradicate religion just the people that think they are better than others because of "their" religion and try to force others to live by their moral code which stems for their religious beliefs.

I can only try to influence those who are Christians that the Commandment thou shall not kill refers not only to those already here but to those who are living at present in their Mother's body waiting to be born! During the Holocaust Years of World War II the infamous Dr. Josef Mengele appeared on the Medical scene in Nazi Germany. His leader the fuhrer, Adolf Hitler, paved the way for Mengele to perform his hideous experiments on human beings by declaring all his enemies to be inhuman, mainly those of the Jewish faith. Mengele used innocent, helpless little Jewish children and adults in many of those experiments! After the war an intensive search was made to find Mengele and other Nazi War criminals, to bring them to justice. The trail led to Argentina where Mengele had fled after the war and ended when his remains were found in a shallow grave.

Yet Mengele still lives, the cloud of evil and the stench of death that he brought to the Medical Profession is alive and flourishing and can be found in all of the ABORTION CLINICS throughout the WORLD and here in America, where governments have declared helpless, innocent, unborn babies as inhuman and subject to ABORTION!

INJUSTICE can be found throughout HISTORY as evidenced by MAN?S INHUMANITY TO MAN where RELIGION was found to be a threat to GOVERNMENTS and MEN IN POWER, they took action against the believers! The Christians were thrown to the Lions during the Roman Empire, then came the Crusades that were responsible for the slaughter of both the Muslims and the Christians! Next came the Nazi HOLOCAUST responsible for the EXTERMINATION of more than 8 MILLION INNOCENT Jews! Today we are faced with a much more organized group of Murderers who Kill for the sake of Killing!

Today, the INJUSTICE continues throughout the WORLD as those doctors who have chosen Mengele as their MENTOR, by their CRUEL involvement in the taking of INNOCENT HUMAN LIFE when they perform an ABORTION, seem to have forgotten the LESSONS that should have been LEARNED from the past, THAT LIFE is a MOST PRECIOUS GIFT!

A grim message to the Medical Community in which I ask how many of their members are ACTIVELY INVOLVED in the ABORTION BUSINESS, who have actually had relatives and loved ones murdered during the HOLOCAUST, or by other senseless acts of TERRORISM! They give life to the second truism, that ?MANY TIMES THE VICTIMS EVENTUALLY BECOME THE PERPETRATORS!!!?

We need more common sense every sex act can not be allowed to become a child. We need to practice birth control now. large families shound be frowned upon. It only makes sense that the Earth can only support a limited amount of life.
