You have NO idea what some women's situation is!!!!!

I was screamed at by people protesting at the abortion clinic and it really upset me. I wanted to keep my baby so badly, but because of severe medical and heath reasons, the extreme risk of my pregnancy and the urging of three different doctors, I had no choice but to terminate my pregnancy. Not every person going to the clinic is there just to "get an abortion." Some of us, like me, had no choice due to medical circumstances. Every pro-life individual should at least take that into consideration. My situation was hard enough without close minded people screaming obscenities at me.

Sorry for what you went through. "Pro Lifers" are not known for their compassion. They're not going to even try to understand your situation. That might actually be Christ-like and they don't do Christ-like.

Michelle, I'm sorry that those people were so unkind to you. A true prolife Christian who has a close walk with God would not do something like that. Prolife is about valuing life, not only the baby's life, but also the mother's life. RU486, I don't agree that all prolife people won't try to understand. Though many seem to have no compassion, I have met many who are incredibly kind. Being like Christ is showing love to people and treating them with great respect. Being Christ-like is never being rude or unfeeling. God is love, He doesn't hate people.
